Must be able to communicate clearly and be able to calculate basic math as to share correct insurance data with patients. Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls with professional phone etiquette Verify insurances and report financial obligations to patients Inventory management to ensure all departments are well-equipped Be a team player with great accountability Must Live within 30 minutes of Langhorne and have your own transportation! No WEEKEND hours for life balance. Our clinic hours are Monday thru Friday posted below. Office Hours (staff come 30 min pre shift-total is around 38/39 hrs per week)
