Compton Family Dental is a small, friendly general practice in Penndel, PA offering all aspects of dentistry — with a strong emphasis on personalized patient care. We are looking for a self-motivated, outgoing individual who takes pride in their work and thrives in an independent environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer phones and manage patient emails Schedule and confirm appointments Prepare and present treatment plans and financial options to patients Verify patient insurance and submit insurance claims Collect copays, post payments and refunds Maintain strict patient confidentiality Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the office

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Outgoing, self-motivated, and able to work independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with computers and multi-line phone systems Experience with Eaglesoft dental software is a plus Commitment to patient confidentiality and compassionate care
