Position supports the leasing team by developing deal negotiation analyses and preparing property, market, and tenant presentations for internal strategy discussions and external meetings with owners, tenants, and prospective retailers. The role also coordinates leasing, marketing, development, and property management to ensure lease committee packages, leasing collateral, and site/lease plans stay accurate and current. Success in this role requires strong analytical and presentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deal timelines and priorities at once.
PRINCIPAL JOB ACTIVITIES
Prepare, format, and distribute leasing documents such as LOI's, REC documents, deal summaries documents, internal and external reports, commission calculation and tracking of documents pertaining to same. Preparation and updating of property reports and related correspondence for asset reviews on a bi-monthly basis. Preparation of Leasing Committee Packages on a daily basis for weekly committee review, utilizing several management systems. Track lease execution and ensure timely completion of documents between legal, asset management and property management. Utilizing photo-shop software, updating of site plans, vision plans and marketing collateral for each asset, for prospective tenants and brokers. Project management tools such as CRM systems Yardi, VTS, Smart Sheet, Internal Tracking Systems Creatio as well as property trackers…etc. Maintaining critical dates, such as lease expirations, renewals and option deadlines. Schedule and coordinate meeting for ICSC meeting primarily between retailer and Centennial associates. Process expense reports, purchase orders for each associated within the Mid-Atlantic team with accounting/finance teams. Office supply inventory maintenance, manage vendor relationship for office services. Coordinate office maintenance request and liaise with building mgmt. or service provider. Support onboarding logistics for new team members, including workspace set up and equipment requirements. Maintain organized common areas and ensure overall office functionality and efficiency. REQUIREMENTS
B.S. degree preferred. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in an executive capacity. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint. Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are essential. Confident and proactive self-starter. Strong service orientation - ability to interface with all business groups. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
