Administrative Coordinator Strasburg, PA 02 Jun 2026 22619826 Summary Strasburg, PA In-Person Competitive Salary 2 Years Experience No formal schooling No Commission 38.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time / Hours May Vary Description We specialize in bookkeeping, payroll, administrative support, consulting, and marketing. We're seeking a sharp, dependable Administrative Coordinator to keep our team on track and our clients well-served. You'll oversee daily staff workflow, monitor task progress, and ensure deadlines are met with quality. If you're organized, fast-moving, and love a mix of operations and creative work, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Monitor staff tasks daily; identify when work is stalled, taking too long, or off-scope and report to ownership Step in to complete or correct work when a team member is behind or producing errors Communicate proactively with ownership Support client onboarding, bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks, and design projects Heading up projects as needed Qualifications Strong coordination and time-management skills in a deadline-driven environment Able to recognize when a task is taking longer than it should and act on it Even-keeled and professional when handling interpersonal issues Clear, timely written and verbal communication with ownership Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; Basic principals of accounting preferred Adobe InDesign and/or Photoshop strongly preferred Familiarity with task management tools (ClickUp or similar) a plus Flexible availability including occasional evenings and Saturdays (no Sundays) The ideal candidate is fast, accurate, design-capable, and deeply trustworthy. They keep the team moving, catch problems early, and make sure ownership always knows what's going on. Additional Details
