Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of an office in Warren, PA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, managing multiple responsibilities, and ensuring the office runs smoothly day-to-day. Position Overview The position will be responsible for bookkeeping, general administrative support, and coordinating daily office activities. This individual will play a key role in maintaining efficient operations and supporting leadership with a variety of tasks. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations and coordination Perform basic bookkeeping functions including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and tracking expenses Maintain accurate financial and administrative records Provide general administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document management Serve as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal staff Assist with office organization, supplies, and process improvements Support leadership with special projects as needed Qualifications Prior experience in office management, administrative support, or bookkeeping Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with bookkeeping software preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills High level of professionalism and reliability Work Environment Small office setting with a collaborative and supportive team Opportunity to take ownership of processes and make a meaningful impact Compensation Competitive pay based on experience
