- 10 Position Summary
- The James and Gail Ellis School of Business Leadership (formerly Anderson School of Management) at The University of New Mexico (UNM) is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a warm and professional demeanor to join our Business Operations team as an Administrative Coordinator.
Specific duties will include:
serving as primary point of contact for the leadership in the Dean's office, greeting and directing visitors, faculty and staff, dealing with administrative inquiries; scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars; scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating meetings, facilities usage, events, and/or travel arrangements, as required. Entering employment transactions through the EPAF system. Purchasing activities for the college, working in a queue system to self-assign tasks as trained. Serving as primary point of contact for room and parking reservations for Ellis. Assisting with administrative activities associated with large-scale events hosted and sponsored by Ellis. Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. See the Position Description for additional information. Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record providing effective administrative support for executive level leadership.

Hourly:
$19.76- $26.85 Depending on Education and Experience Benefits Eligible
