Job:
Provide administrative and operational support to the office and team Coordinate travel, meetings, and logistics for staff and consultants Manage billing processes, expense reports, and reimbursement tracking Support communications, including preparing emails, distributing materials, and responding to inquiries Help improve internal processes and procedures
About You:
2+ years of administrative or coordinator experience (including internships), ideally supporting multiple projects Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail Team-oriented with a customer service mindset and ability to handle competing priorities Comfortable working with databases and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Google tools is a plus About the
