Job Overview:
We are a service-driven custom home builder seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations. Based in the heart of Marble Falls , this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a construction environment, enjoys working with vendors and clients, and has an interest in both the administrative and design sides of residential construction. Key Responsibilities:
Process and track vendor invoices Maintain accurate and current General Ledger (GL) records Communicate with vendors regarding billing, discrepancies, and payment status Coordinate and execute vendor payments Review invoices for accuracy against project scope and budgets Assist with light bidding and project cost tracking Interpret and work from blueprints (preferred) Provide light support with selections alongside our Interior designer/Director of Construction (finishes, materials, coordination, and documentation) Support project managers with administrative tasks as needed Know your way around an excel spreadsheet
Qualifications:
Experience in construction administration, bookkeeping, or similar role Familiarity with invoicing, vendor management, and GL upkeep Ability to read and understand blueprints (preferred but not required) Interest or experience in interior selections/design is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Excel and/or accounting software High attention to detail and accountability

Compensation & Work Setup:
Pay:
Depending on experience, generally around $20/hour

Part-time with flexible daytime hours
Work Location:
Primarily in-office in
Marble Falls Hybrid Option:
Approximately 75% in-office / 25% remote or 50/50 once established
