Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administration Coordinator for a temporary leave coverage assignment in Tampa, FL. This hybrid role supports the administration of leased and owned commercial real estate properties, including lease document review, data maintenance, invoice validation, rent processing, and critical-date tracking. This is an excellent opportunity for a lease administration, commercial real estate, or property management professional who enjoys working with contracts, financial details, and cross-functional partners. The role offers exposure to a collaborative real estate operations environment where accuracy, communication, organization, and problem-solving are highly valued. Key Responsibilities
  • Review, abstract, and audit lease and property documents to ensure accurate lease data and compliance with lease terms.
  • Maintain lease, property, financial, and critical-date information in technology systems and organized document repositories.
  • Review invoices, rent obligations, CAM reconciliations, insurance, and real estate tax charges for accuracy and required supporting documentation.
  • Research discrepancies, analyze lease charges, and assist with landlord dispute resolution and exception tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, landlords, subtenants, and external partners regarding lease requirements, reporting, policies, and deadlines.
  • Support process documentation, special projects, new account transitions, and team training as needed. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay Rate:
    $26 to $28 per hour.

    Hybrid.

    Tampa, FL 33602. Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Review and abstract commercial lease documents, property records, invoices, and supporting documentation.
  • Manage lease data, financial obligations, rent processing, critical dates, and document organization.
  • Conduct lease-related audits, including CAM, insurance, tax reconciliations, and landlord invoice reviews.
  • Communicate with landlords, subtenants, internal teams, and external partners to resolve lease and financial questions.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in lease administration, commercial real estate, property management, office management, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of lease administration processes, commercial real estate documentation, and contract review.
  • Experience reviewing financial information, calculations, invoices, rent obligations, or reconciliation documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with databases, document management tools, or lease administration systems.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and project requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders, landlords, subtenants, and business partners. Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience with lease abstracts, CAM reconciliations, rent processing, landlord invoice audits, or subtenant billing.
  • Familiarity with certificates of insurance, Estoppels, SNDAs, real estate tax reconciliations, and lease compliance documentation.
  • Experience supporting commercial property portfolios, process documentation, reporting, or new account transitions.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and support best practices within lease administration operations.
