Must-Haves:
High school diploma 6+ years of experience in an administrative role OR an associate's degree and 4+ years of experience Experience supporting acquisition staff is preferred
Responsibilities Include:
As our Level III Administrative Coordinator, you seamlessly perform basic statistical and budget tasks, expertly managing calendars and schedules while preparing essential reports, memos, and other vital documents-all utilizing your proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software. You will skillfully read and analyze a myriad of incoming memos and reports, discerning their significance to ensure critical information reaches the right hands and is appropriately distributed. Each task you undertake not only bolsters efficiency but also contributes to the larger mission of empowering our team and organization.
