Job Description

Membership & Administrative Coordinator Location:
Colerain Township, OH (Hybrid position with occasional on-site event support)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | Approximately 4-5 hours per day (possible more during events)
Reports To:
President/CEO Position Overview The Colerain Chamber of Commerce is seeking an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented Membership & Administrative Coordinator to support daily Chamber operations and member engagement efforts. This position focuses primarily on administrative support, member communication, billing coordination, and organizational assistance while also providing support for Chamber events, marketing, and community outreach activities. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, building relationships in the community, and helping ensure members feel connected and supported. The role assists with Chamber program events and marketing efforts but is primarily an administrative and membership support role. (There is no health insurance offered with this role) Responsibilities Membership & Member Support Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for Chamber members and prospective members Assist with onboarding new members Coordinate membership renewals, billing, and follow-up communication Maintain ongoing member outreach and support Maintain accurate member records within the Chamber CRM system Support member engagement and networking efforts within the community Administrative Support Provide daily administrative support for Chamber operations and leadership Maintain organized digital files and shared records using Microsoft Teams Prepare invoices, process payments, and assist with accounts receivable follow-up using QuickBooks Online Assist with reporting and communication with the Chamber's accounting firm Support scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and data entry Track sponsorships, registrations, and membership-related information Event & Marketing Support Assist with Chamber event registrations and attendee tracking Assist with event setup and follow-up communication Create monthly newsletters, event invitations, and member email communications Assist with basic social media scheduling and website updates Help create flyers and promotional materials using Canva Assist leadership with gathering photos and maintaining communication calendars Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Friendly, professional, and responsive personality Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Preferred Software Experience QuickBooks Online (QBO) Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) & Microsoft Teams CRM systems such as GrowthZone or ChamberMaster Canva Constant Contact About the Colerain Chamber The Colerain Chamber of Commerce exists to Support, Connect, and Celebrate local businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations throughout Northwest Cincinnati and the greater Tri-State area. Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
