Still Hopes is currently seeking a passionate and driven Administrative Coordinator to join a dynamic and caring team. In this highly impactful role, the Administrative Coordinator plays a vital part in shaping the resident experience and strengthening the overall community culture. This position supports our Director of Community Services bringing together resources, services, and opportunities that support residents' well-being. The role focuses on administrative support in an effort to link independent living residents with meaningful programs and services that promote whole-person wellness, including emotional, environmental, intellectual, physical, vocational, social, financial, and spiritual dimensions. Qualified candidates will have at least three years of clerical/secretarial experience in addition to a valid driver's license. Strong computer and technology skills and general office equipment knowledge are essential. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, a collaborative team player, and a positive presence within the community. This position serves as a liaison between residents and services, requiring creativity, resourcefulness, top notch customer service skills, and the ability to build connections both within the community and beyond.
