Job Description

In this role, you will serve as a key partner to leadership, supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating employee engagement initiatives, and managing confidential and high-priority matters with professionalism and discretion. What You'll Do Administrative Support Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to the team Manage confidential, complex, and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, conferences, and special events Organize catering and logistics for meetings, tours, and campus events Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and business correspondence using Microsoft Office tools Maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems to ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping Support special projects and additional business initiatives as needed Front Desk & Employee Engagement Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, creating a welcoming and professional experience Manage front desk and reception responsibilities in a dynamic, high-energy environment Lead and coordinate employee engagement activities and campus-wide events Chair the employee involvement team and help foster a positive workplace culture Coordinate event supplies, communications, and employee activity calendars Collaboration & Operational Support Partner with internal teams to coordinate resources and support operational priorities Help drive departmental goals through teamwork, communication, and a customer-focused mindset Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organization What We're Looking ForEducation & Experience High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 3 years of related administrative or office support experience Industry experience preferred Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint Comfortable using internet-based and job-specific software applications Strong ability to create reports, spreadsheets, charts, presentations, and business documents Professional Qualities Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable with strong problem-solving capabilities Why Join CEVA Logistics?
