This position is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support, maintaining project files, and organizing documentation related to government contracts and engineering services. The Administrative Coordinator will assist with preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations, and will support billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed. This role will help maintain client and vendor records, and collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate tracking of deadlines and deliverables. The Administrative Coordinator will also support office operations such as supply management, document formatting, and implementation of standardized administrative processes. Qualifications Prior experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in engineering and managing multiple contracts and subcontractors. Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Candidates should possess proficiency with office productivity tools, such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and electronic filing systems. Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette and the ability to prepare clear reports, meeting notes, and client correspondence. Candidates should possess attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, document formatting, record keeping, and quality control of administrative materials. Candidates should possess customer service and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients, internal staff, and external partners. A high school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work on-site in Flower Mound, TX, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and adapt to evolving processes and project needs.
