Food Manufacturing / Regulated Manufacturing Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support professional to support a Food Safety & Quality team within a regulated manufacturing environment. This contract role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling large volumes of documentation and data. Responsibilities Provide administrative, organizational, and operational support to the Food Safety/Quality department Maintain and manage quality data in internal systems Perform heavy data entry and database management Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems Support document control activities including revisions, communication, and distribution Review documents and batch records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with site requirements Pull, file, review, and extract data from records as needed Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety initiatives Perform additional related duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma required 5-7 years of administrative experience (regulated industry such as food or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred) Strong organizational, documentation, and document control skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent attention to detail and strong data review skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Proven project and time management abilities Why Consider This Role?
