The Student Worker Administrative Coordinator provides essential clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office or department. This role is designed for students seeking to gain hands-on professional experience while balancing academic commitments. Responsibilities include managing front desk activities, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and supporting the Talent Organization with daily administrative tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Prepare, update, and maintain spreadsheets, forms, and other administrative documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate and schedule meetings (in-person and virtual) with internal staff, headquarters departments, and external vendors; distribute invitations and prepare necessary materials. Answer and direct phone calls, providing courteous and professional customer service.
