Job Description

Paperwork/Billing Clerk- Oilfield Services
Location:
Houston, TX Responsibilities Collect paperwork to initiate billing cycle Organize and sort paperwork Verify and validate data Input fuel data from paperwork into SAP for billing Cross train in billing and customer service Maintain and handle a group e-mail box Maintain Group Spreadsheets Monitor and follow up on paperwork email correspondence Communicate effectively with drivers and management Research to resolve paperwork issues Other tasks as assigned by manager Basic Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an office environment Reside withing reasonable commuting distance Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook programs Intermediate mathematical skills Professional telephone etiquette Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem solving and effective time management skills Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines Flexibility to come in early or stay late when necessary Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced team environment Professional appearance and demeanor Preferred Experience in the transportation industry Experience in the oil and gas industry SAP Experience Why Join Us Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and sick time Team-focused, customer-driven environment Opportunities to grow and develop your skills Supportive leadership and training
