Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations for a construction-focused team. This Contract position works onsite Monday through Friday and partners closely with office leadership to keep administrative processes organized, timely, and accurate. The role is well suited for someone who communicates effectively, manages competing priorities with confidence, and enjoys supporting both front-office activity and project-related documentation.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk and general office support activities, helping maintain an organized and efficient onsite work environment.
  • Coordinate the intake, tracking, and follow-up of bid-related information to ensure records are current and accessible.
  • Prepare, review, and submit applications and supporting documents with a high level of accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter and maintain data across administrative files, spreadsheets, and internal records while monitoring for errors or missing information.
  • Provide day-to-day assistance to the Office Manager by handling routine administrative tasks and shifting priorities as business needs change.
  • Support scheduling, calendar updates, and general coordination for office activities and team requests.
  • Respond to inbound calls and direct questions or requests to the appropriate internal contacts in a timely manner.
  • Step in to provide coverage for essential office functions as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
