Join Our Team Vessel Technology is a leading ASME pressure vessel manufacturer serving customers throughout the oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial markets. We are committed to quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our office operations and help keep our manufacturing team running efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and supporting a fast-paced business where every day brings something different. Primary Responsibilities Process customer invoices using Microsoft Excel and company ERP system (GSS). File and organize accounts payable documentation. Purchase office and shop supplies. Monitor office supply inventory and restock as needed. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally. Welcome customers, vendors, and visitors. Maintain organized office filing systems and records. Organize and maintain office and storage supply areas. Assist with company lunches, employee appreciation events, holiday decorations, and office functions. Support managers with data entry and administrative projects. Coordinate outgoing mail and general office correspondence. Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Two or more years of administrative or office support experience preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Professional attitude with a positive, team-oriented mindset.
