JOB DESCRIPTION
The Service Administrative & Loaner Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Service Department by combining front-desk receptionist responsibilities with ownership of the loaner vehicle coordination process. This position requires a high level of professionalism, strong administrative skills, and prior experience in a dealership environment. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Greets all customers to create a great guest experience Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously Directs customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contact Support the Service Department with administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel Assist with scheduling, customer communication, and follow-up as needed Will be trained and expanded to include loaner car coordinator Customer service advocate is the key to success in this role Assist with scheduling, customer communication, and follow-up as needed Verify customer eligibility and ensure proper documentation is completed Track loaner vehicle availability, condition, and return status Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and management regarding loaner usage Professional appearance and demeanor at all times Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment COMPENSATION and
