Job Description
Administrative Coordinator Silver Line Equipment is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for keeping our day-to-day administrative and transaction paperwork organized and up to date. The primary focus will be contracts, invoicing, accounts receivable, payments, and title paperwork. Responsibilities Prepare and manage sales contracts Create and send customer invoices Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances Receive and document customer payments Handle title, registration, and license plate paperwork Maintain accurate customer and transaction records Assist with accounts payable and basic bookkeeping Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, titles, and paperwork Assist with equipment appraisals and inspections when needed Help upload equipment listings, photos, and information Provide general administrative support to the sales and auction teams Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable and able to manage responsibilities without constant supervision Comfortable working with numbers, invoices, and financial records Good written and verbal communication skills Comfortable learning new software and processes QuickBooks experience preferred, but not required Title/DMV, dealership, bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative experience is a plus Equipment industry experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, stays productive, and pays attention to the details. The right person will make sure contracts, invoices, payments, accounts receivable, and title paperwork are handled accurately and on time while being willing to step in and help the team where needed.
Pay:
