Full Job Description Operations Administrative Coordinator Location:
Virginia Beach, VA 23454 About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Administrative Coordinator to support our field data, billing, scheduling, and administrative operations. This position requires an operationally aggressive individual who can keep pace with high-volume construction and service operations. Primary Responsibilities Manage field data collection and organization Review and compile technician and crew information Provide administrative support for operations leadership Coordinate scheduling for field teams and projects Support billing processes and enter job costing data Coordinate with project managers, field supervisors, procurement, and accounting Review photos, field reports, and work orders for completeness Maintain organized job documentation and customer communication records Assist with change order tracking and operational reporting Support payroll/timekeeping verification as needed Perform heavy Microsoft 365, Excel, email, and operations coordination work Requirements Extremely organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong administrative and operational coordination background Experience in construction, property management, or service industry preferred Excellent communication skills with strong follow-through Proactive and capable of handling pressure without constant supervision Experience with scheduling, billing support, or dispatching strongly preferred
