Essential Functions & Responsibilities Collections Specialist III As a Collections Specialist III you will be responsible for providing financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment for assigned accounts. This position will assist in the training of department personnel to ensure the daily execution of processes, procedures, and requirements to meet department and Company goals. Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times Completes collections activities and appropriate account reconciliations Monitors customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities Conducts research as needed to appropriately resolve account discrepancies and customer inquiries Completes month-end, quarter-end and end-of-year reporting requirements and close processes Compiles and provides appropriate reporting as requested by leadership Achieves and maintains DSO measures as established by leadership Consistently meets and/or exceeds established collections key performance indicators (KPIs) Assists in direction, training, documentation and development of Collections personnel by being proactive to achieve overall goals Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization Education - High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience 4+ years of experience in a B2B collection environment with training experience (required) Proficient in multiple ERP software system (required) Benefits, Compensation & Workforce Diversity Arcwood offers competitive pay and bonus incentives.
