Job Description
Summary Responsible for posting customer account payments, monitoring and reconciling customer accounts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Posting cash receipts and making AR adjustments Processing credit card payments Reconciling Kerusso ecommerce accounts Reviewing credit profiles and public information for new applicants Setting up new customer accounts Monthly customer account statements Posting credit memos for customer returns Internal employee orders Monitor customer accounts, incoming orders and open invoices Perform collection duties for customer past due balances Communication with internal and external customers to resolve discrepancies and complaints Invoicing orders for outgoing shipments Reviewing existing accounts for creditworthiness Any other job duties that may be assigned by the credit manager as needed
