Vaco Arizona is hiring a B2B Collections Specialist for a top company in South Phoenix. This is a direct hire, onsite role paying up to $80,000/year.

Responsibilities:

Handle high-volume outbound calls and emails to collect outstanding balances Manage a portfolio of national, multi-site accounts Review aging reports and prioritize collections Resolve invoice discrepancies and disputes with internal teams Negotiate payment terms and track all collection activity Monitor account trends and escalate delinquent accounts as needed

Requirements:

3+ years of recent B2B collections experience Experience handling national or multi-site customer accounts Strong verbal communication skills with confidence in high-volume outbound collections calls Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
