Full Job Description Duties:
- Contact individuals to negotiate payment of outstanding debts
- Review account information and documentation to determine the best course of action for debt collection
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken regarding debt collection
- Follow legal and ethical guidelines in debt collection practices
- Use telemarketing techniques to effectively communicate with debtors and facilitate payment arrangements
Skills:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
