Chosen candidates must have strong communication skills with piercing persuasiveness, as well as the ability to listen and produce results. This position will pay hourly plus commission . We are looking for strong debt collectors that can close! This position requires strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills. Proficient in MS Office as well as able to learn industry specific software. Bilingual Spanish a plus but not required. This is a high paced, high energy office and successful candidates must be able to multi-task and thrive in a high volume environment.

• High Volume outbound calls
• Skip tracing
• Dialer
• Taking phone payments
• Negotiating settlements
• Setting up payment plans
• Queue maintenance
• Verifying employment
• Meeting goal expectation

Qualifications:

• Experienced in collections, dedicated, professional, great work ethic
• Min 1 years' experience in collections.
• Ability to generate a high call volume.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required
• Proven communication skills
• Phone skills a plus
