The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the collection process, including making calls to customers, sending out reminder letters, and working with customers to create payment plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. 3rd party collections is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of customer accounts. Make outbound calls to customers to collect payments. Negotiate payment plans with customers. Provide excellent customer service to customers who are delinquent on payments. Work with other departments to resolve customer disputes and complaints. Stay up-to-date on collection laws and regulations.
