Full-Time Responsibilities include: Overseeing day-to-day gym operations and ensuring smooth facility performance Leading, coaching, and developing all staff members Driving membership sales, retention, and revenue growth Managing scheduling, staffing, and operational processes Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service Handling member concerns and resolving escalated issues Reviewing performance metrics and implementing growth strategies Building community relationships and supporting local outreach efforts

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in gym management, fitness operations, or general management Strong leadership and team management skills Proven ability to drive sales and business growth Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities High energy, organized, and results-driven mindset Passion for fitness and customer experience

Compensation:
