This position supports recovery, bankruptcy, and credit reporting activities while ensuring accurate documentation, system updates, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and experienced in credit union or financial institution collections operations. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support for credit and collection activities Assist with repossession, recovery, bankruptcy, and credit reporting processes Maintain accurate account documentation and records Support collection operations through data entry, auditing, and reporting Communicate with internal departments and external partners as needed Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Perform additional collection‑related duties as assigned Qualifications Required Experience & Skills Prior experience in collections, recovery, repossessions, bankruptcy, and credit reporting Strong administrative and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Systems Experience Fiserv DNA (preferred) Temenos Collections Platform (preferred) Why This Role This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a large credit union environment while supporting a critical team during a temporary staffing need. Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Duration:

3 months (with potential to extend up to 6 months)

Hours:

40 hours per week

Pay Rate:

$22-$25/hour
