Friday Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to manage and collect delinquent accounts receivable across multiple business units. This role requires strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to maintain accurate credit records while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Review delinquency reports and apply appropriate collection techniques for past-due accounts. Contact delinquent customers via phone or mail to secure payment or arrange new payment schedules. Negotiate payment arrangements using sound judgment within company guidelines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit file information. Manage established credit lines and request increases when necessary. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in collections or accounts receivable preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment. Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and handling sensitive information.
