Collections Analyst

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Credit and Collections Specialist to join one of our largest construction clients sitting onsite in Los Angeles CA. This position requires the ability to communicate professionally with both internal and external personnel. Qualified candidates will have great experience with the Unconditional Waiver and Release Upon Final Payment. This individual will gather necessary back-up information on unauthorized deductions from the customer when necessary and forward to appropriate parties within the company. • 2+ years Accounts Receivable / Collections exp
• Coming from Construction background - commercial or residential
• Familiar with unconditional release forms
• Ability to communicate with others and multi-task effectively
• Proficiency with full suite of Microsoft Office products
• Proficiency with various accounting ERP softwares - JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle
