What You'll Do:
Engage with consumers to find amicable solutions to resolve past-due accounts. Use respectful and compliant communication to guide consumers through repayment options. Work with a steady flow of high-balance accounts , giving you the opportunity to maximize your earning potential. Meet performance goals while maintaining empathy and professionalism. Collaborate with a supportive team and leadership who are invested in your success. Continue growing your skills with ongoing training and development opportunities.What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A self-motivated attitude with a commitment to discipline and results. Ability to stay positive and solution-oriented in challenging situations. Prior collections or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right people!Pay:
