Job description Job Summary Buy Here/Pay Here Auto dealer in Hollywood seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Collection Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. -6 Days a week - Pay rate to be determined depending on experience. Responsibilities Manage and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely payments. Utilize dealership software to track collections and maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment terms and outstanding balances. Document all interactions with clients in accordance with company standards. Qualifications Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Previous experience in a collection role is advantageous.
