Credit and Claims Analyst/Assistant

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Credit & Claims Analyst. The Role This dual-focus position is vital to our daily operations. You will act as a key point of contact for both our customers and sales representatives, ensuring that financial accounts are managed accurately and claims are resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Credit & Collections:

Manage the setup of new customer accounts, evaluate credit approvals, and oversee Accounts Receivable collections to ensure timely payments.

Claims Management:

Receive, investigate, and process customer claims with a high degree of professionalism and a sense of urgency.

Communication:

Maintain daily contact with customers and internal sales reps to resolve account issues and provide status updates.

Relationship Management:

Deliver top-tier customer service to maintain the strong industry reputation of Legendary Floors.

Qualifications Experience:

Previous experience in the floor covering industry is strongly preferred.

Skills:

Exceptional customer service and communication skills are a must.

Competencies:

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Office 365. AS400 experience preferred.

Pay:

$39,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
