Role:
- Collections Agents are first-party collectors responsible for maintaining acceptable effective collection percentages on 1-30 day delinquent accounts.
About You:
- + High School Diploma or GED required + Previous Collection experience preferred + Must present oneself in a professional manner + Must be proactive and adhere to all company policies including Bank Secrecy Act and compliance regulations + Must maintain confidentiality of all company information + Must provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, partners, and all levels of staff + Must have working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) + Strong data entry skills The pay range for this role is $18.
