8:00-5:00 POSITION SUMMARY Responsibilities include managing daily cash application and customer inquiries. Responsible for collection of past due accounts receivable. Responsible for providing status reports to Senior Management. Essential Functions Statement(s) Manage and maintain a $40M monthly accounts receivable portfolio, ensuring timely collections and accurate account reconciliation. Responsible for monitoring outstanding customer balances to ensure timely follow-up and resolution. Prepare regular collection reports and provide status updates to management. Contact customers via phone and email regarding overdue payments and ensure consistent communication. Negotiate payment plans and secure commitments for outstanding balances. Maintain accurate and up-to-date collection records and account notes. Expected to actively work towards reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). Coordinate effectively with sales, customer service and finance teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies. Responsible for sending account statements to customers in a timely manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, including the ability to use formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP. Experience working with SAP is preferred.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required
Experience:
3 plus years of experience in Collections / Larger Volume (75MM+) Accounts Receivables within a manufacturing industry
Computer Skills:
