Job Description

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is working with a client in the Lawrence/Andover MA area looking to add a Collections Specialist to the team! We are looking for someone with previous collections experience and a strong customer service acumen.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing aging and reaching out on past-due accounts Assisting with payment plans and negotiating terms Maintaining documentation of attempted collections

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in a similar role

Compensation:
