Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Collections Representative to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for recovering dues on commercial accounts. Key Responsibilities Make outreach regarding contact's accounts through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence Negotiate payment plans and settlements Document all activities in our system with detailed notes Research and analyze account histories Meet or exceed metrics Generate reports Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Customer Service Strong and confident communication skills Detail oriented Problem solving skills and ability to work independently
