Job Description

Our client is seeking an Audit & Collections Analyst to ensure that plan activities are completed quickly, efficiently, and in strict compliance with trust documents. In this role, you will handle sensitive, confidential matters that require a grasp of organizational policies and Collective Bargaining Agreements. You will play a key part in helping our client maintain positive employer relationships while managing compliance tracking from start to finish. Ultimately, your work will directly protect our client's fund by ensuring accurate reporting, timely payments, and seamless collaboration with their legal team.
salary:
$28 - $30 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

BachelorsResponsibilities Manage Audit Workflows:
Launch audits by sending announcement letters, gathering required documentation for auditors, and processing the final results in our database.
Resolve Delinquencies:
Track overdue accounts, mail out delinquency letters, and work directly with employers to negotiate payment terms and formalize repayment agreements.
Support Legal & Collections:
Partner closely with outside legal counsel by preparing documentation for collections and tracking the status of all active legal accounts.
Track Accounts & Invoices:
Review auditor invoices for accuracy, process incoming payments, and identify delinquent contractors by auditing monthly payroll reports.
