This will be individual collections NOT commercial! 100% ON SITE Monday•Friday, 8am to 5pm

MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!

Pay:

$20•24/hour depending on experience Essential Job Duties Collects payments from customers Sends invoices to customers via facsimile, mail or email Calls customers regarding payment status Calls for updates on invoices every three to four days Posts payments from customers Generates refund requests by receiving information and generating request Monitors accounts to ensure payments are up to date Researches and resolves invoice discrepancies and customer issues Maintains files Corresponds with customers and responds to inquiries Skills and Qualifications 2 to 3 years of collections experience Must be well organized and self-starter Must have strong work ethics Must be well organized and self-starter Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable Proficient in Excel and Word Possesses strong organizational and time management skills All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
