This is a Contract position focuses on managing commercial collections while helping maintain healthy cash flow and positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate brings solid experience in billing follow-up, credit and collections practices, and accurate account documentation within a structured environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage outreach and follow-up for outstanding commercial and consumer accounts to drive timely payment resolution. Review aged balances, investigate account status, and determine appropriate next steps based on billing and collection findings. Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues, clarify discrepancies, and support account reconciliation. Apply established credit and collection practices to reduce delinquency and improve recovery performance. Maintain complete and accurate records of collection activity, payment commitments, and account updates in D365. Partner with billing and finance teams to address invoice concerns, resolve disputes, and support efficient collections processing. At least 2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a closely related credit and collections role. Hands-on background supporting commercia collections activitie s. Working knowledge of billing collection workflows, account follow-up, and delinquency management. Experience documenting collection activity and managing account information in D365 or a similar system. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive payment discussions professionally. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail when tracking balances, commitments, and account updates.
