Job Description

Essential Properties Realty Trust is looking to add a Servicing Department Analyst in its Asset Management group. Essential Properties is a publicly-traded net-lease real estate company that primarily invests in single-tenant, operationally essential real estate assets operating across a wide variety of industries within the service, retail and industrial sectors throughout the United States. The position will work closely with the VP of Servicing to help with the strategic oversight of assets owned by EPRT. The candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, ability to navigate lease documents, and manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
Interact with operators and tenants on a daily basis and review appropriate financial and real estate information to assess performance of investments. Monitor the firm's accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts. Contact tenants with overdue accounts and attempt to either collect the overdue amount or negotiate a payment plan to collect it in installments. Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account tenants as well as records of any payments collected from the tenant. Review Delinquent Property Tax Reports and reach out to tenants accordingly to discuss payment status. Keep track of insurance certificates receipt for the entire 2,500 plus site portfolio. Review and track property violations and interact with tenants to remedy the violations. Review and disburse asset management mail. Competencies 1 to 2 years of relevant collections/asset management experience. High School Diploma Experience in various computer programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Confident verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of real estate and credit fundamentals. Must be authorized to work in the USA.
In-Office Policy:
4 days in Princeton office, Friday WFH.
