Mint Funding Mint Funding is looking for a reliable and organized Collections Assistant to help support our growing collections department in the merchant cash advance (MCA) space. This is a fast-paced position with a lot of moving parts. We are looking for someone who can stay organized, communicate professionally, and handle multiple tasks throughout the day. Responsibilities Calling merchants regarding outstanding balances and missed debits Following up on payment arrangements Negotiating settlements and workout plans Assisting with UCC-related tasks and follow-up Sending emails, payment reminders, and settlement offers Updating CRM and internal notes Working closely with management and legal support Handling administrative and operational collections tasks Requirements Strong communication skills Ability to stay organized under pressure Comfortable speaking with merchants and handling difficult conversations Basic computer and email skills Ability to multitask and follow instructions MCA or collections experience is a plus, but not required Must be dependable and willing to learn What We Offer Competitive pay Opportunity for growth Fast-paced office environment Hands-on training Long-term opportunity with a growing company If you are motivated, organized, and looking to grow within the finance and MCA industry, we'd like to hear from you.
