We're a well-established Vacation Club company with over 30 years of experience, and we're looking for Vacation Club Loan Collectors who enjoy helping people and keeping things on track behind the scenes. This role is about supporting our members, answering questions, and helping them stay current on their accounts—no high-pressure sales, just friendly, professional conversations.- What You'll Be Doing
- Talk with Vacation Club members by phone or email about their accounts and payments
- Help members resolve past-due balances in a respectful, solution-focused way
- Keep account information accurate and up to date
- Guide conversations calmly and professionally—even when topics are sensitive
- Document interactions clearly and follow standard procedures
- Follow all compliance and company guidelines
- What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer service, collections, loan servicing, or call center work is a plus (we'll train the right person)
- Friendly, clear communication skills
