Capital Management Services (CMS) is a Buffalo-based company specializing in first-party account servicing and payment reminder calls for a nationally recognized financial institution. We are currently looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a dependable work ethic to join our growing team. What You'll Do In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls with current banking customers regarding recently missed payments (2-90 days past due). This is not third-party debt collection or old debt recovery .

Responsibilities include:
