Multiple agents earning over $100,000 per year. All collectors make above average hourly and receive bonus checks on a monthly basis. We have a monthly flow of big balance/ fresh installment loans. Our process for recovering money is designed to help collectors succeed as they are the backbone of the business. If you are looking for a secure position, with professional management and reputable clients please apply. Shift hours are 9 am to 5:30 pm Monday
  • Thursday, Friday 9 am
  • 4:30 pm.
No weekends.
Responsibilities:
  • Contacting customers to secure payment on overdue accounts
  • Negotiating payment plans with customers to clear outstanding debts
  • Utilizing accounting software to track and update account information
Experience:
  • Proven experience in collections
  • Familiarity with accounts payable processes and account reconciliation
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate payment terms with customers
  • Proficiency in using accounting software for managing accounts efficiently
