Maternity Leave Coverage Potential:
Opportunity to convert to permanent for strong performers Our client is a growing construction services company with a strong presence in the Northeast. Due to continued growth and an upcoming maternity leave, they are seeking an experienced Collections Analyst to join their team on a 3+ month contract basis, with potential to convert to a permanent position. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of approximately 300+ B2B customer accounts Conduct approximately 30 customer touchpoints daily via phone and email Follow up on past-due invoices and negotiate payment commitments Manage customer disputes and account reconciliations Partner closely with Sales and Operations to resolve payment issues Participate in weekly Sales meetings to review outstanding accounts Analyze AR aging and create reports, including DSO reporting Use Excel extensively, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and other formulas Prioritize collections activity based on aging and account risk Requirements 5+ years of B2B collections experience Proven experience managing a high-volume commercial portfolio of 300+ accounts Experience making 30+ customer contacts per day through phone and email Strong understanding of the full collections cycle Experience with account reconciliations, disputes, and payment resolutions Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Sales and Operations Assertive, professional, collaborative, and approachable communication style Interview Process Virtual interview with the Credit & Collections leadership team Onsite interview Why Consider This Opportunity?
