Pay Range:

$20.00•$28.90 Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

St Purpose/Objective :

The position is responsible for assisting with all Eastern Funding delinquent customer accounts.

Key Accountabilities :

Monitor and clear check and automatic debit bounces. Notify loan officers and management team of action steps taken by collections specialist. Be proficient in the Company's accounting software system. Answer all customers billing related inquires. Make ACH date and bank changes as required. Create check spreadsheet for all incoming checks received by Customer Service. Maintain the Eastern Funding used equipment list. Maintain the repossession & returns list for all Specialty Vehicles. Assist on repossession of equipment which requires visitation to the location for physical removal of assets. Make suggestions to management with respect to loan workout. Assist in house attorney in preparing default letter and in other legal matters. Know and understand the company's BSA/AML compliance policies and participate in the company's ongoing compliance training. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education:

High school diploma Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience:

2-4 years collections experience

Skills & Knowledge:
