Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Responsibilities Contact customers regarding past-due accounts by phone, email, and written correspondence.
Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts.
Process customer payments and accurately update account records.
Reconcile customer accounts and investigate account variances.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment concerns.
Maintain detailed documentation of collection activities and customer communication. Qualifications Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, customer service, or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage a high volume of accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
